Senior Analyst, Private Equity & Credit - Montreal

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence on new investment opportunities across various markets with a primary focus on private equity and credit.
• Develop a variety of investment‑related models (valuation, sensitivities, scenarios) to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment memos, portfolio updates, sector research, and deep dives on investment themes.
• Stay current on market developments, industry trends, valuation dynamics, financing conditions, credit spreads, and key themes in private markets.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Monitor existing investments, including performance, valuation changes, capital activity, projected cash flows, and key portfolio company developments.
