A strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering
Hands-on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building out new, AI-driven workflows in production
Proven business understanding and experience working in a business-facing role
A solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, focused on solving problems rather than just pure engineering craftsmanship
A hands-on and curious nature, with an interest in learning and understanding complex business processes
Fluent communication in English
(Desirable) Familiarity with HR technology - HRIS, ATS, performance management tools
(Desirable) Experience building on top of LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in a production context
