Senior Advisor Associate – responsible for providing a very high level of back‑office processing support to IPC Advisors and ensuring accurate, efficient service for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as a delegate for the Team Manager, assuming leadership responsibilities and decision‑making authority during their absence.
• Oversee and manage team workload volumes, balanced workload distribution and adherence to performance targets.
• Provide leadership support by motivating team members, identifying opportunities for training, development and quality improvement.
• Serve as a primary resource for team inquiries, resolving complex issues and ensuring adherence to procedure guidelines and quality standards.
• Process all documentation related to accounts: Non‑Reg, TFSA’s, RSP’s, RRIF’s...
