Senior Accountant
Onsite – Thomaston, CT
$90,000 – $110,000 base + bonus
Direct Hire / Permanent Role
We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Accountant for their Thomaston, Connecticut facility. This role reports to the Plant Controller and plays a key part in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and operational performance across multiple production units.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own balance sheet reconciliations (cash, fixed assets, liabilities, and other accounts), ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances
+ Support working capital initiatives including AP optimization, inventory reporting, and process improvements
+ Maintain strong internal controls and support audit readiness and compliance requirements
+ Manage and enhance cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and manufacturing cost reporting
