As a Senior Accountant, you will report directly to the Controller and coordinate the life cycle for both commercial and residential tenants. Your responsibilities will include tracking tenant ledgers, ensuring utility account transitions, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures. A strong focus on accuracy and communication with tenants is crucial.
