Job Description
**Senior Accountant - Juárez Operations**
**Location**: Juárez, Mexico
**Department**: Finance / Controllership
**Reports to**: Regional Controller
We are seeking a **Senior Accountant** who views financial integrity as the bedrock of operational excellence. In a high-output manufacturing environment, good enough is a risk we do not take. You will be the architect of our internal controls, the guardian of our general ledger, and the technical expert ensuring every decimal aligns with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
This is not a role for a spectator. You will own the monthly close, spearhead audit readiness, and provide the analytical rigor necessary to transform raw data into strategic intelligence.
