Education
- Professional in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or similar.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital PR or management of social media campaigns in an agency.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with organic creators (earned/PR) and paid creators (paid media) simultaneously.
- Experience in entertainment, music, lifestyle or mass consumption accounts (Netflix, Spotify, JBL or other high-profile brands are a differentiator).
- History of direct management of creators: negotiation, contracts, briefing, content approval and performance evaluation.
Technical Knowledge
- Dominance of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter and emerging channels.
