Scope Of Work

• Monitor and handle security alerts/incidents through SIEM and monitoring tools
• .Analyze, investigate, report, and coordinate security incident handling
• .Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team/analyst
• .Ensure service meets SLAs and quality standards
• .Support daily SOC operations, incident tracking, and reporting
• .Create SOC reports, dashboards, and metrics
• .Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SOC
• .Maintain effective communication with the team and management
