Responsibilities

• Act as primary engineering contact for Operations on the weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM).
• Manage priorities and handle escalations.
• Lead a team of engineers to support operations‑related issues regarding installations and cabinet components on the Global 5500/6500/7500.
• Supervise and support liaison engineer MRB related to structure and system installation, providing technical support for Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by Quality Agents.
• Provide guidance and ensure on‑time delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal parties (Operations, Detailed Design, Projects, Programs, Technical, etc.) for problem solving on a daily basis.
