Step into a Full-Time Summer Seasonal Pool Supervisor role at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. Manage poolside operations while providing outstanding guest services.
As a Pool Supervisor, you will oversee the operational excellence of the pool area. This includes managing service quality, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for all guests. Your strong leadership will enhance the team's performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day poolside services
• Regularly check water quality standards
• Facilitate supply orders for uninterrupted service
• Coordinate with outside contractors for trainings
• Maintain cleanliness of all associated areas
Requirements:
• Experience in a leadership position
• Skiing or snowboarding skills desirable
• Background in customer service required
• Clean BC Driver’s license is a must
• Current certifications for CPR and Serving It Right
