Seasonal Associate

Walmart Canada's Welland location is looking for a Seasonal Associate to join their in-store team on a temporary basis. This role covers a range of seasonal departments throughout the year — from the Garden Centre in spring and early summer, to Bikes in the warmer months, and Toys during the holiday season.

What you'll do:

• Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment per company policies and procedures
