Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Scrum Master Experience

• Proven experience in cloud migration projects

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong vendor management and coordination skills

Ability to facilitate execution across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with IVR systems or Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in voice channel environments

• Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) experience (Not a must, but would definitely go to the top of the list)

• Familiarity with AI prompting skills for conversational or automation workflows

Background in managing hybrid project environments (internal + external vendor deliverables)
