Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor in transit cargo (RM, NPM, Merchandises, Tooling, Spare Parts, etc) and documentation requirements, to arrange cargo delivery and communicate details about ETA and ETS to customers services agents and to internal customers.
- When needed, assure correct workflow for CFDI requirements.
- Responsible for booking sea and air freights, reviewing shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoices and Packing Lists).
- Arrange domestic and international trucking as needed.
- Responsible for preparing and sending all requested documents (e.g. instructions letters) to Customs Brokers on behalf of shipments dispatched from and to our Plant, and validate and approve Import and Export Summaries (Pedimentos) on time.
- Virtual Operations Activities: responsible for creating the proforma invoice, and assure on-time compliance of regulations (opening and closing of virtual pedimento) when needed.
