Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead, Logistics, the Scale Operator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of truck transactions and customer orders. This position is responsible for scaling trucks, entering orders into the system, maintaining dispatch records, and supporting communication between internal teams such as Sales, Quality Control, and Production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They demonstrate strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
