Scaffolding Estimator and Design Coordinator
Job Description
Enhance scaffolding projects as a Scaffolding Estimator. Focus on 2D/3D designs, budgeting, and preparing bid packages for upcoming project opportunities.
In this role, you will coordinate engineered drawings and ensure timely delivery of complete bid packages for reviews. Strong organizational skills are critical for maintaining project files and helping manage inventory. Building effective relationships with trade partners and clients is key to meeting project visions and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive 2D/3D AutoCAD designs
• Collaborate with engineers for drawing approvals
• Prepare estimates and budgets for scaffolding projects
• Organize bid packages for client submissions
• Maintain accurate files and project inventory
Requirements:
• At least 6–12 months scaffolding experience
• Knowledge of CAD software; Avontus is preferred
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork attitude
