Become a Pastry Baker at PickNic's Catering & Fine Foods in Saskatoon and immerse yourself in baking delicious pastries and cakes. This full-time position offers creativity and flexibility.
We need a skilled Baker who has a passion for pastries and dessert creation. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and ideally a completed culinary program. Responsibilities range from baking cookies and scones to preparing elaborate cakes for special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scale and mix ingredients for various pastry items
• Create custom birthday and wedding cakes
• Collaborate on dessert menu ideas with the catering team
• Maintain bakery inventory and assist with deliveries
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of pastry baking experience
• Culinary training preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented and efficient
