Position Title: SAP Project Manager

Experience Level (Years range): 10 to 18+ years

Location: Finland, Helsinki / Stockholm, Sweden.

• SAP Activate methodology with Program governance and PMO frameworks
• SAP CALM / Solution Manager / project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with Finnish language preferred

Experience & Skills Requirements

Must have

• 12–18+ years in IT delivery, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA programs in Greenfield implementations (mandatory).
• Prior experience in pharma / regulated industry (preferred).
• Proven exposure to multi-country rollouts and large-scale transformations.
• Track program progress against scope, schedule, and KPIs.
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and health indicators (RAG status).
