• Process daily client requests via ticket system
• Collaborate with project and product managers
• Create VC configurations for product launches
• Maintain part numbers in SAP MM and VC
• Manage technical drawings for production floor
Requirements:
• College diploma in IT, business administration, or related
• 1-3 years in a similar role
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
