Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to manage and optimize the technical infrastructure of SAP systems, ensuring their stability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and perform system changes, solution design, server architecture, and performance analysis, while identifying and addressing process gaps.
- Ensure timely delivery of services within defined SLAs and agreed project milestones, implementing best practices and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with functional, ABAP, and infrastructure teams to understand business or technical requirements and resolve issues in the system administration domain.
- Partner with SAP HANA application implementation teams to maintain sustainable support and optimize system performance.
- Conduct periodic SAP and industry-standard maintenance tasks, including BASIS administration for SAP HANA.
