SAP Analyst II - Order to Billing (SD)
Job Description
Key responsibilities
Monitor ServiceNow queues for SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problems
Perform initial evaluation, triage, issue analysis, and root cause investigation for order-to-billing issues.
Communicate with business users to understand operational impact, clarify scenarios, and validate solutions.
Perform SAP SD configuration changes for approved break/fix items and minor enhancements.
Coordinate with FI, logistics execution, integration, ABAP, and other technical teams when required.
Document analysis, actions taken, test evidence, and resolution details according to support standards.
