This position is part of the Field Technology Services team supporting the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You will assess current workflows, identify gaps, and deliver tailored coaching to branches. Your efforts will directly yield improved productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow observations • Propose actionable strategies for process improvement • Deliver workshops and hands-on coaching at branches • Establish metrics for engagement outcomes • Work with development teams to relay onsite insights
