In this full-time position, you will report to the Director, Salesforce & MuleSoft Platforms, focusing on Tier 1 production support and PSP setup. The role involves maintaining Salesforce configurations, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and enhancing overall system efficiency. You will work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to implement business requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions with declarative tools
• Provide Tier 1 production support and troubleshoot user issues
• Collaborate with integration teams for data flow alignment
• Participate in Agile sprint activities and continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with data handling best practices
