Sales/collections negotiator (call center)

We are hiring experienced Sales and Negotiation Professionals.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in hard sales, outbound sales, objection handling, negotiation, closing, commission-based roles, or other high-performance sales environments.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Assignment: 3-month pilot, with continuation based on performance

As part of the selection process, candidates should be prepared to complete a sales and negotiation assessment. This may include objection-handling exercises, role-play scenarios, and practical evaluations focused on persuasion, resilience, call control, and customer engagement.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in hard sales call centers, timeshare sales, luxury sales, financial services, banking, lending, high-commission sales, retention, memberships, subscriptions, or collections with a strong negotiation component. Candidates...
