Location: Vancouver Shoe Boutique (in Holt Renfrew)
Reports to: Shoe Boutique Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Your role @ Chanel:
As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Vancouver Shoe Boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriate
