Sales Specialist - Cooling Solutions (Based in the Midland area)
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage and develop customers with focus on installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
- Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for the assigned sales area.
- Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
- Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
