Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative at Grimco is a key member of the territory sales team, responsible for managing inbound phone and chat communications, processing orders, providing exceptional customer support, and collaborating with other sales roles to drive revenue. Inside Sales Reps are the frontline of customer interaction and play a critical role in building relationships, solving problems, and keeping the sales engine running smoothly. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a friendly and energetic demeanor, and a deep understanding of Grimco’s products and procedures.

Hours of Work: 8:30am-5:00pm MST
