We are looking for an RV sales manager who is energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide our sales team to new levels of success.

With RV Sales growing year after year, we need a proven leader with a strong track record in customer satisfaction, team development, and sales performance. Candidates with a background in F&I will be given consideration as this experience brings added value to our sales and leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them success
