Sales Manager

Runergy is a leading solar manufacturer supplying high-quality modules worldwide. We are seeking Sales Managers to support distributed and utility-scale solar projects. This hire will work closely with key industry players, attending industry events, and supporting the Sales Director in developing strong relationships with potential and established buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of Runergy’s solar distribution business across Colombia, Andean Region and other market, while supporting business growth in other strategic LATAM markets
• Build, manage, and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors, EPC companies, installers, and key market partners
• Identify new business opportunities and establish regional sales channels and strategic partnerships
