Job Description
Leading the exciting core sales organization of the Baltics, at the heart of energy transition driving net zero ambitions, this role is accountable for our Growth Framework strategy in this space. Leads, develops and manages our sales teams selling solutions in power distribution, emergency lighting, fire/security and energy transition. A senior leadership role in the Baltics country sales organization, working closely across the North Zone (UKI, Nordics, Baltics & Benelux), the EMEA business units and segment marketing teams to drive profitable growth through integrated business development and sales activities. In addition to team leadership, this hands-on position carries a personal quota and team lead responsibility for Estonia and Latvia, delivering sales and profitability targets, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
