RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the identification, prioritization, and winning of new client relationships while retaining and expanding current client accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and hold salespeople accountable to activity and relationship standards to meet business targets.
- Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high‑impact salespeople who meet or exceed quotas.
- Travel nationwide monthly with the team to coach and train sales staff, ensuring they meet and surpass sales goals.
