IDR 6-9 Million/month (Base Salary) + Performance Commission (uncapped)

How the Commission Works

Commission is uncapped and paid on top of base — it scales with how much you own:

• 2% on every sale you close
• 3% when you own the deal end-to-end through to ordering

Performing Sales Executives reach IDR 10M+ commission/month — on top of base. No ceiling; top closers earn well beyond this. Full earning breakdown shared at interview.
