Sales Effectiveness Analyst

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst, you will help improve how our sales teams work every day by making tools, processes, and ways of working simpler, clearer, and easier to adopt.

Partner closely with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and cross‑functional teams to drive execution, improve seller productivity, and increase adoption of key sales tools and processes, especially within Salesforce.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, process excellence, and enablement. It is a hands‑on individual‑contributor role for someone who enjoys turning business needs into practical solutions, supporting rollout and adoption, and helping commercial teams use tools and processes with more consistency and confidence.
