We are seeking high-potential individuals for the Sales Development Program to develop product knowledge and sales skills across multiple facets of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Heavy counter service and sales consultations with customers, handling phone orders and quotations in a fast-paced plumbing wholesale environment
• Shipping and receiving of products
• In-store product replenishment
• Develop product knowledge and become a product knowledge expert
• Cultivate a proactive culture to support teammates and customers
• Learn and leverage key financial levers, including the profit and loss statement, to yield positive ROI
• Work effectively both independently and with others
