Position Summary
We are seeking sales leaders to promote our residences. You will build relationships, manage the sales process, and surpass occupancy and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and community outreach.
- Collaborate and network with local businesses, engaging in referral partnerships.
- Tour potential prospects, advance them through the sales process, and host events.
- Understand seniors and the care levels offered (IL, ISL, MC, AL) and your market area.
- Manage the sales process and achieve occupancy and revenue targets using forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.
