Summary

Brand-facing sales role at the Vancouver Outlet responsible for supporting the sales team and delivering excellent client service. The Sales Associate maintains store standards, assists customers on the sales floor, and helps drive results through client engagement and teamwork. This role works in-store and contributes to merchandising, POS transactions, and back-of-house organization.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with floor moves and visual tasks
• Perform stock checks for customers and support Sales Associates
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized back-of-house areas to uphold standards and efficiency
• Greet and interact with customers, determine needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
• Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed
