Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and help to achieve overall results.
• Process product exchanges.
• Maintain operational standards by ensuring inventory control.
• Assist in maintaining the general visual merchandising of the Boutique.
• Follow retail signature process to ensure excellent customer experience inside the Boutique.
• Record sales transactions in the system, align with compliance.
• Inventory executions and report through SOVIA tool.
• Always provide a high level of customer service including prompt response to client requests/complaints.
• Develop and maintain customer database.
