• Ensure successful onboarding of new agents with hotlist of prospects
• Provide marketing and sales strategy consultations
• Drive optimal agency results through metrics-based management
• Develop best practices and community engagement approaches
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
• Background in outbound sales, insurance preferred
• Must have an OTL license or willing to obtain one
