Sales Assistant for Order Processing
Job Description
Support sales operations as a Sales Assistant reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Focus on order processing, scheduling, and effective communication across departments.
In this on-site role, you will assist outside sales representatives by processing orders and resolving delivery issues. Your tasks will include data entry in S4 and Excel, verifying customer orders, and issuing machine change orders. With a year of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, you will enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate data entry into S4 and Sales Force
• Verify and follow up on customer order discrepancies
• Facilitate communication with various departments

• Generate weekly reports and address inquiries
