As part of the People & Culture team, your primary focus will be on administering medical leave processes and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure employees' smooth transitions back to work. You will develop policies and provide training aimed at managing disability-related issues while respecting Nova Scotia's Human Rights Legislation regarding accommodations.
