Safety Representative San Luis Potosí

Position Summary
We are looking for a Safety Representative as the site's Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety and to partner with leadership in strengthening a proactive, compliant, and people-centered safety culture.
This role requires independent judgment on significant matters, the ability to resolve non-routine problems, and the capability to work under general supervision while recommending solutions and improvements to leadership.
The Safety Representative supports implementation of Workplace Safety requirements across the site, coaches leaders and employees, analyzes risks and trends, and builds strong partnerships with Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Leadership, Human Resources, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Health Services to reduce injuries and improve site performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
