Safety & Compliance Analyst (Transportation)

The Safety & Compliance Analyst at Mone Transport LLC will review and ensure operators meet safety requirements in various aspects of their responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:Review Operator Compliance, verifying that operators adhere to safety requirements in the following areas:- Service hours- Reckless driving (Aggressive driving)- Use of left lane- Speeding- Usage of Personal conveyance- Make sure the camera is not blocked- Follow the process to give writeups and provide proper training to the operators not complying with safety requirements.Follow the firing process if necessary.
**Qualifications**:- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in safety compliance or a related field.
- Samsara experience preferable.
- Familiarity with regulations related to service hours, aggressive driving, lane usage, speeding, and camera usage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Bilingual, English / Spanish.
