Responsibilities
Responsible for Legacy Equipment Machine Safety Lifecycle and supporting implementation of safety risk mitigation projects throughout PMF manufacturing operations.
Act as Functional Safety - Machinery point-person to provide guidance and support to internal customers.
Maintain the machinery safety risk data registry for PMF manufacturing operations.
Execute Machinery Lifecycle processes for Legacy Equipment installed in Manufacturing Plants throughout PMF, including on-site Legacy Machinery Risk Assessment, designing Safety Requirement Specifications, verifying machine safety design, validating machinery remediation solutions, reviewing safety control circuits and calculating safety performance levels.
