Location : Blacks Harbour, NB

Purpose

The Safety and Security Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing safety and security operations at assigned locations within a unionized workplace in New Brunswick. This role ensures compliance with applicable Canadian and provincial occupational health and safety legislation requirements, collective agreement provisions, and internal policies. The Supervisor promotes a proactive safety culture, protects people and assets, and works collaboratively with union representatives and employees to resolve safety and security matters.

Monitor, supervise, and coordinate daily safety and security activities to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
