Become a key player at Rubicon Organics as a Sequencing Expert, where your skills in production planning enhance our premium cannabis offerings. This hybrid role requires collaboration within a dynamic team environment.
The Sequencing Expert will be based in Delta, overseeing the seamless transition of biomass through WIP, Production, and Finished Goods processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to ensure that production aligns with inventory policies and safety protocols, while also managing production KPIs and addressing issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and security of biomass movement
• Align material flow with production requirements
• Develop and execute daily production plans
• Track production schedules and identify risks
• Implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or processing
