Responsibilities: Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs. Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes Leverage AI-powered tools such as Figma AI or Galileo AI to generate design concepts, wireframes, and UI components; use Google Analytics Intelligence to analyze user behavior; and apply Microsoft Copilot to synthesize user research insights and accelerate content and UX decision-making.
