Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of the mine by scaling loose rock from walls and roof, drilling and installing rock bolts
Supervision
- Drillers and blasters - surface mining, quarrying and construction
Credentials
- Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
- Commercial diver's license
- First Aid Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
