Job Summary

JR & Co Roofing Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced Roof Repair Foreman / Lead Technician to join our growing Repair Division. This role involves diagnosing roof leaks, performing commercial roof repairs, and leading a small crew on repair and maintenance work. We are looking for a dependable and skilled roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can troubleshoot roofing issues on commercial flat roofing systems.
