Roller Operator – Highways Construction

Job Description

You are a safety-conscious Roller Operator with previous experience. You will be operating various models of rollers alongside Highway Construction crews on projects across Alberta. You will be a team player who ensures the well-being of others and lends a hand where needed.

Location: 27420 Township Road 374, Red Deer, AB.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate various sizes and models of rollers
• Communicate and cooperate with other equipment operators
• Use knowledge to compact material effectively and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Roller operator on Highway Construction projects
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
