Road Service Coordinator Full-Time Position

In this position, you will report directly to the Fleet Repair Manager and be responsible for coordinating road service requests and communicating effectively with the team. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming road service phone calls proficiently
• Communicate repair issues and timelines to the team
• Track and dispatch technicians based on real-time data
• Compile and send out equipment maintenance reports
• Schedule maintenance with in-house and external shops
