Job Title: Road Mechanic

This Road Mechanic role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation to minimize downtime. The primary fleet includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, heavy equipment, large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.

Location & Shift

Fort McMurray – Fly-in/Fly-out position with 14 on/14 off shift. $1,500 per month wage. Flights from Calgary/Edmonton and accommodations are provided.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair equipment, troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, work within a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
